Thanks to you and your instructions I was able to hire 22 people this last year - 18 at the Lakeside office and 4 at the Kent office. I did do some major house cleaning at the Kent office in late October and let the #2 person in the Company go and about 9 people followed him and then I had 7 others just get out of the business. So I am starting all over again just like Lakeside but it feels so good. It has taken me awhile to get the office back on track again since I did the house cleaning and as of this week I've hired another 4 people through the selective recruiting! I also have a commitment from 2 experienced agents to come the next week and I interviewed them the same way and they where so impressed that I listened to them!!!
