Hi Steve,
I just wanted to send you another quick thank you. Thanks to you, Andy and
I have taken these past couple of months to really evaluate our business.
We made a decision to implement a minimum sales quota into our agent contracts
and to set minimum requirements for being with our organization (for example,
mandatory attendance at our meetings). We sat with every agent that did
not meet our minimum production standard and offered them an opportunity to
participate
in our In House Buffini Training program at a $400 cost to them. Most were
very receptive. There were 6 agents who did not meet our standards and
those agents were asked to leave. We are the only real estate office around
that
has a sales quota. However, it's helping us tremendously in recruiting.
We explain to our candidates that we have minimum standards and the word is
out... now we have the top agents in our area knocking on our door because
they are at their conventional offices surrounded by non-producing agents.
We are really learning some invaluable tools from your program. Thanks
to
you, we are headed into 2007 as one of the strongest real estate offices

all of the insight you've given us into our recruiting and agent retention.
We did our first monthly Marketing SWAT Team last Friday and was a huge hit.
The agents enjoyed the structure of the event and the concrete, written feedback

Hi Steve,
So much has transpired since the last time I saw you!... I have moved on
to another company - Remax Town & Country Realty as the sales manager. (Sister
company is Remax 200 Realty - 2nd largest firm in Orlando). ......Good news
is that I am still recruiting and still using the Steve Friedman skills.
I have not forgot the importance of what you taught us about recruiting and
with Remax it is a totally different mindset of the agent we are looking
for. I still enjoy it!
