I don't know what you are sorry for about results.....but I thought you'd like to hear the following numbers: Since starting your class, I've recruited 17 new agents and 16 experienced agents. Now, you can't take all of the credit because I did have a previous record as a recruiter but......I had recruited didly squat in the first 3 years with L&F. So, you can take 99% of the credit. The Weichert office across the parking lot had a management change. I recruited 8 before they put a new manager in and 6 since. Two more to go, there. A lot has been according to plan.........Many, many thanks.......and now that I've recovered....you need to meet me again. I'm a whole new person since the gall bladder left.

How is Steve? I am trying to keep my head above water in this new
acquisition in Warrenton. The SF 'program' does work. There are a number of
potential associates that have NOT been granted affiliation. On the
positive side - two new associates in May and June, two in our FAST START
program, one transfer this week, and two scheduled to take the
national/state test late July / early August. We will see how productive
they are in the next six months. Have a great summer.
