Hi Steve,
I just wanted to share my excitement with you. I have
finally gotten my hot group started and I am currently
using the script that we went over in our last session
and I am really confusing the experienced agents....they
can't believe that I am concerned about them!!!
I can't wait to roll out the TLC program at next weeks
sales meeting..I just wanted to share my enthusiasm!!!
I have also been contacting experienced agents through
ERA online Recruiter... which sends emails to the agents
addressing different topics e.g. technology, general,
awards, etc. I have managed to get a call from this,
do you think
it compliments the work we are doing with your program?
Thanks for hanging in there with me! I really came home
pumped up after our last meeting. I will keep you updated.

Just to let you know I have an appointment with a distinguished
achiever tonight at 5:00 PM. My agents are so happy they
keep recruiting for me!
Of course, I do the card intro you gave us and it really
works. Things are going well and the one agent that had
teamed up with another is seeing the hot groups and is
now back on her own to produce-for my office!!!

Steve,
I hired a new agent yesterday and I am real excited
about it.The best thing about the past hiring of the
agent is I felt like I had a plan to follow for the process.
The other agent I told her I would talk again as she
cannot commit to full time. I explained that if she would
commit to full time production then I would give her
6 months to get up to speed. She wanted to be sure she
could commit and said she would get back. I did not want
to hire just to hire.

Dear Steve,
I find the tapes very beneficial. Reinforce the ideas,
approaches and techniques you've shared and obviously
are working across the country. I am very impressed
with the managers, their thoughts and results. Personally,
the tapes help me to refocus on tasks, priorities,
systems
and of course, what I need to be doing and am not....
Terrific tool as I head to work to gear me up for the
day.
