I was quite surprised to see you in the lounge in Washington,
probably as much as you were to see me! I hope I didn't
mess up your presentation that day. After we left the
lounge I was thinking about my comments, I hope I conveyed
my thoughts correctly.
I do want you to know how much I enjoyed your classes.
The program you have developed worked very well during
my time at Prudential. It gave me the knowledge and confidence

what's been happening? I have received national recognition

Dear Steve,
I was reading an article in Issues & Trends about
the recruiting interview. Of course, I said to myself---I
do that...I do that...and then--and then I said to myself---this
sure sounds like the good advice of my old buddy Steven
Friedman. I thought I would let you know I read your
whole article--it held my interest so of course I thought
it was great!!! .
I am in my fourth year at Coldwell Banker Schweitzer
and have taken this office from one of the bottom offices
to close to the top. I have 39 agents and have one desk
left. I have recruited mostly new people and grown them.
I never thought I would be as happy as I was at my other
