Curriculum Questions Q: Do you offer a shorter curriculum?
A: No, we feel recruiting
is a process. The monthly classes are like stepping stones,
which make up a strategic recruiting system.
Q: What
is a Brand book?
A: Your brand book tells the story
of your company. It is a personalized synopsis about
what makes your company special.
Q: Is
the Brand book the same as the Value Package?
A: No, your
value package is a list of 10 things you will do
for your new recruit, your brand book tells the story
of your company.
Q: What
is the purpose of the Hot Group?
A: We need to define the
way we look at the market to help our agents that
we hire to produce more quickly. At the same time, we
need to understand how to prospect into key areas that
will help us find the best candidates. The Hot Group
concept enables the managers to talk a focused business
language that differentiates them from their competitors.
Q: How
do we get a Hot Group started?
A: This is an easy task that
is discussed in detail in our second session and
is revisited often through out the program.
Q: How
do we keep our Hot Group focused for the long term?
A: This
relates back to commitment and signing a hot group
commitment letter. The real strategy is involving how
the manager manages appointments for the group.
Q: How
often do I update my map?
A: The map should be updated every
week.
Q: Do
I have to do everything that is assigned?
A: The instructor
does not check homework and tasks, however, the more
strategies you input, the more improvements you will
see. The assignments are stepping stones to a successful
outcome.
Miscellaneous Class Questions
Q: What
happens if I miss a class?
A: We encourage all participants
to follow the course with their respected groups so that
there is a flow. Because this is a process that builds,
there is no way to make up a class. On occasion, there
is another group in other city that you may be able to
join for the class you miss if you are willing to travel
there.
Q: If I miss a class, how do I get the materials that were
presented?
A: Just contact us by email at resultsbysteve10@aol.com and tell us the class you missed (it is on your schedule)
and we will email you the module.
Q: Am I required to have lunch with the group?
A: No, if you
do not plan on joining the group for lunch, please let
us know at least 72 hours prior to the class. Otherwise
we will assume you are eating with the group and charge
you for lunch.
Q: Do I need to let you know I will not be at class?
A: Yes,
always! We would appreciate it if you gave us notice
if you know you will be missing class as we order materials,
lunch and coffee service based on the people signed up
for the class. We will try and send reminders to you
but the calendar is given out in writing and is rarely
changed.
Q: If
I don’t get a reminder, are we still having
class?
A: Yes, we try to email reminders prior to every
class, however, the calendar is always right and we will
be there. It is the participant’s responsibility
to know when class is. Also always check your email the
night before in case their is a sudden emergency.
Q: Is
it hard to learn to recruit?
A: It is not hard to learn,
but it does require on open mind and a willingness to
try new things. Recruiting is easy. Recruiting with a
strategy is the important difference in this program.
Q: Will I add tons of people?
A: No, you may add less than
last year but the agents you hire will be more productive.
The number of people hired is insignificant if revenue
is not attached as a measure of success because recruiting
is based on company dollar earned.
Q: Will I learn to hire experienced agents?
A: Yes, if it is
desirable for the profitability of the office, however,
experienced agents may not be the best result option
for you.
Q: Is this the only recruiting program on the market?
A: No,
this course uses recruiting as the conduit to improve
many business issues that impact profit including:
leadership skills, coaching, and ongoing agent business
development. It is also internationally recognized
and has been praised for its successes widely. Please
see our client list to understand how this may relate
to your needs.
Q: Can I get a list upfront of what I need to do?
A: Yes and
no---- because this program is a systematic process,
the activities are layered and they build upon each
other. Seeing the whole picture up front may intimidate
you and your potential.
Q: Why do you recommend that broker/owners should accompany
managers in the program?
A: The system requires managers
to do activities that are different than the norm – if
broker/owners are not aware of what is being discussed
they may not support the manager.
Q: What do I do if I feel overwhelmed?
A: It is natural to
feel overwhelmed as you progress through the class because
there are many concepts introduced. If you feel overwhelmed,
take a step back and implement one new idea at a time
until the picture starts to fall in place.
Q: If I am overwhelmed, whom should I ask for help?
A: Our
staff is always available for you by emailing resultsbysteve10@aol.com.
Additionally, if you should have any questions or concerns,
feel free to contact Steve or
Joy directly by email or phone. However,
email is the best way to get the quickest response.

General Business Questions
Q: How does the billing work for the program?
A: The full
cost of the program is divided in to 12 monthly payments
and your credit card will be charged each month.
Q: How
do I notify of credit card change?
A: If the card we
have on file is no longer accurate, please notify us
as soon as possible by phone or email so we can change
the number before added charges are assessed.
Q: Why are we charged $50 for a declined charge card?
A: The
processing of charges is done as a courtesy to our clients,
however, when a card is declined, the system of reprocessing
is quite lengthy, therefore we charge for the time it
takes to look up the information and reprocess. Extra
handling is involved. This is the same as your bank charges
if a check is returned unpaid.
Q: What
are the payment options?
A: There are 2 ways to pay for
the program.
