=====Househunt adds recruiting feature to program=====
A recent survey of real estate managers compiled by
real estate consultant Steven Friedman showed
that while 96 percent believe that recruiting is a critical
task,
79 percent of these managers perceive recruiting as an
overwhelming challenge they cannot fix, control or manage.
And 86 percent of them cannot easily present why their
organization is different or what value they offer agents.
As such, HouseHunt, Inc. has augmented its Total Internet
Marketing (TIM) for Brokers program with a new recruiting
module. This exclusive program provides offices with
a comprehensive, fully customized package that systemizes
recruiting and allows offices to target specific agents
in specific markets.
"For years, most brokerages have taken a 'shotgun
approach' to recruiting," said Mike Bearden, president
of HouseHunt, Inc. "TIM for Brokers gives them an
opportunity to target productive experienced agents and
up-and-coming new agents rather than just filling desks.
With the tight margins of today's industry, per agent
productivity is
becoming even more critical."
